1. For orders to be delivered to an address within Japan, you can pay by either PayPal or Postal Transfer.
2. For orders to be delivered outside Japan, you can pay by PayPal only.
   • By PayPal:
     An invoice shall be sent to you via PayPal along with a confirmation of order e-mail.
   • By Postal Transfer:
     Our bank account details shall be provided along with a confirmation of order e-mail.
3. The order shall be final once we have received your payment into our account. After that we will arrange and ship the order. Your order will normally arrive within one or two weeks.
4. Shipping costs to an address in Japan shall be paid by us. Shipping costs to an address outside Japan, on the other hand, shall be paid by Customer. Overseas shipping might require the payment of tariff, which also shall be paid by Customer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

5. In principle, no cancellation or return of your order will be accepted after receipt of your payment.

We take great care in shipping the order. However, in case the book is either damaged or has pages missing or misplaced, we will accept the return of order.

In case you paid by PayPal: Please notify the Invoice number.

In case you paid by Postal Transfer: Please notify the Receipt number printed on the receipt, which was enclosed in package of the book.

No returns will be accepted for the customer's convenience.

We do not accept any request for "cooling off", since mail order is not liable to "cooling off".
